Description

Why do most diet plans fail ?

It’s not you. It’s the plan.

Most meal plans are written for an imaginary person: someone with no 7 pm meetings, no commute, no cook who comes at 8, no family that still wants dal-chawal, and an unlimited grocery budget. So you try oats and salads for three days, life happens, and you’re back to 5 pm namkeen and 10:30 pm dinners. Then you blame your discipline.

At Ekantra, we believe lasting change comes from systems, not motivation. The Ekantra AI Meal Reset Kit doesn’t hand you a generic chart. It builds a plan around the way you actually live and eat.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Paste: Copy our Master Prompt into a free AI app (ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude).
2. Talk: Your AI Meal Reset Coach asks 4 short rounds of questions about your work hours, the meals you already eat, your food rules, kitchen and budget. Answer in English, Hindi, Hinglish or Marathi.
3. Shape: Review your plan and edit it with one-word commands like TIFFIN, CHEAPER, LESS COOKING or MORE PROTEIN.
4. Print: Type FINALIZE and get your personalised 10-page plan in Ekantra’s signature design.

Your first plan in about 20 minutes. A fresh one every week with NEXT WEEK.
